As a small and specialized supplier and producer, it is not our aim to supply to all flour mills in each country or region. Instead we would like to offer single partners a competent and comprehensive, if required also exclusive service. Together with our agents we determine in a partnership with our clients, specific adapted solutions which will be verified, developed further and improved with regular visits by our technicians.

Cooperation with future customers starts usually with the analysis of the rheological properties of the current flour. With this data, knowledge of properties of different wheat varieties, local baking technologies and bread varieties we will discuss problems and targets of our customers’ requests.
This includes the technical equipment of the flour mill with dosing and laboratory machines, consideration of specifications and customers request to work with concentrated single ingredients or with a few additive compounds. This often depends on the technical and /or personal equipment of the flour mill. After clarification we offer joint baking trials at the flour mill baking lab or in local bakeries in order to test the suggested solutions and to optimize them under real conditions.
It is also a pleasure to help furnish our customers facilities with corresponding lab or bakery equipment.
